A dry morning so far in Foxford, looks like we could have a few showers. The river is in nice condition for all methods, 0.59m at Ballylahan bridge. Angling pressure has been low in the past few days with relatively few anglers on the river. Still good numbers of fish throughout the system and reports from further downstream at Ballina are that there’s still a good number of fresh fish coming into the river. A lot of these later fish will hold up downstream and fisheries like Attymass, Knockmore and Mount falcon will start to fish well from now on. For today spin and prawn will be the best methods. Some more substantial rain promised for  tomorrow, lets see what happens.
