Wednesday 18/08/2021

A very misty morning in Foxford with low cloud on the hills. The river crept up a little overnight and is now at 0.72m at Ballylahan bridge. It will be slightly coloured upstream of the joinings which will not be great for fly fishing. The best method today will be spinning. Some more rain forecast for the rest of the week, hopefully it will not have a big effect on angling.
