A cloudy and breezy morning in Foxford. The river is falling slowly, 1.02m at Ballylahan bridge. There is a heavy flow downstream of the Joinings and through Foxford which is coming from the Loughs. It has cleared out well and will be suitable for all methods over the weekend. Went fishing at the back of the town for an hour yesterday evening, only saw one fish show. A lot of fish may have moved with this flood or perhaps they are just keeping the heads down.
