There was some very heavy rain over the past 24 hours and the River has started to rise very sharply, it has risen from 0.25m this morning to over 2 meters at the moment and there is more water to come through the system overnight, there is a possibility that the water will not be in order for fishing for at least the first half of Friday.. A dull morning in Foxford. The heaviest of the rain seems to have passed for now. We did have some persistent heavy rain yesterday evening.
