A nice morning in Foxford, a little bit of a breeze building and good cloud cover. The river is getting low (0.27m at Ballylahan bridge) it should make a good day for bubble and fly. There’s big tides at the moment and we are seeing good numbers of fresh fish arrive daily. Conditions like these suit the lower part of the river and anyone lucky enough to have fishing booked on the Ridge or Cathedral pools should be in for some good sport.
