Another cloudy and breezy morning in Foxford, nice for fishing. The river is now down to 0.25m at Ballylahan bridge which is quite low but despite this fresh fish are still been taken well upstream and on Lough Conn. Overall fishing is pretty good and we are hearing of lots of fish. Prawn and bubble and fly are the best methods, this will be the case for today as well. Some rain forecast for later today and tomorrow but its difficult to say how much we will get, lets wait and see.
