A nice morning in Foxford, not over bright. It looks like we will have some cloud cover throughout the day along with a little bit of wind so it should be a reasonable fishing day. Water levels are falling fast now and the rocks in Foxford are showing, 0.28m at Ballylahan bridge. We still have good numbers of fresh fish running and reports from just downstream of Foxford are that a lot of fish are moving. Early morning and late evening are the best times to be on the river and prawn, fly and light spinners are the best baits to try. Something different like a Toby, small Mepps or Rapala are always worth a try in these conditions .
