A dry start to the day in Foxford, it looks like we could get some showers. Yesterday mornings rain has had no effect on water levels and the river is in very nice condition for all methods, 0.46m at Ballylahan bridge. Not many anglers on the river yesterday but we did get some encouraging reports. I met one local angler heading home with a beautiful short, deep fish of 10 lbs which he caught at the back of town on a spinner. For today the bubble and fly and prawn will again be the best methods and with fish moving all fisheries are worth a try.
