A damp and breezy morning in Foxford. It has been raining since about 9pm last night, nothing exceptionally heavy but enough to upset water levels. It has already started to rise and is at 0.9m at Ballylahan bridge. It will rise for the rest of the day. Fishing will be possible in the early part of the day but by afternoon it will be difficult. Fisheries downstream of Foxford will be best, worm and spin will be the best methods. I will update later tonight

21:30  The rain eased for a while before noon but started again and continued until a while ago. The river had peaked at Banada(Well upstream) but will take a second rise during the night and will be in a big flood by morning.
