Well, its not wet, at the moment. The sun is actually shining in Foxford this morning but I have a feeling that will not last. We had heavy rain yesterday morning and the river is well up, now at 1.8m at Ballylahan bridge has started to drop. Looking at the forecast, the coming days will be difficult for angling. I think for anyone local there may be brief windows of opportunity in the coming days but for anyone who has to travel it will be very difficult to get it right.
