A misty grey morning in Foxford, low cloud on the hills and quite a bit of moisture.  So far this is not having an effect on water levels but falling on the already waterlogged ground it is topping things up again. The river is now down to 1.24m at Ballylahan bridge and at present is suitable for spin and worm fishing. Im not sure whether it will come up again or not but I would not be surprised if it does. A difficult start to the month on the Moy. All this water is good for the spate rivers and some of these will be worth fishing. I also spoke to a local Guide last night and he had good fishing on Lough Conn yesterday.
