A dull morning in Foxford, light showers and a little bit of wind. The River is now down to 1.44m at Ballylahan bridge. It is still coloured but suitable for spin and worm. Lough Conn has risen a lot in the past few days so this will  keep levels high for the next while. For today East Mayo anglers and Cloongee will be the best places to fish.

A little bit of mist still lingering around Foxford this morning. Yesterdays rain was not very heavy and by midnight we had approx 5mm. The
