A cloudy morning in Foxford but it looks like the rain is finished. It was reasonably heavy during the night and i’m going to hazard a guess that we had about 10mm. Not enough for a proper flood, it should freshen things up a bit. We will not know properly until later on today. For now anyone on the river would be as well to continue with prawn or bubble and fly but be prepared for a change if and when the levels start to rise. I will update here later in the day.

Update @ 16.40 : The river has only crept up by a few centimeters during the day. It will continue to creep for the evening but will most likely peak at about 0.5m at Ballylahan bridge. Not a flood but it should freshen things up a bit.
