An overcast morning in Foxford. Yesterday was wet and has had an effect on water levels. The river is now gone back up to 1.7m at Ballylahan bridge and today will be difficult for salmon angling. There was another salmon caught yesterday morning and on the fish scene there seems to be a few around which is good. Some more rain forecast for today and into this evening which will not help but hopefully by Saturday it will be coming back into better order.
