A cloudy morning in Foxford, it looks like we may have some more rain later in the day. Looking at the long range charts next Friday is going to be wet!, Typical. When compared to a normal September there is very little angling activity with only a handful of anglers on the river.  The fish are certainly waking up from their summer slumber and there’s lots of activity with salmon splashing and jumping, its good to see. For today prawn and bubble and fly will be the best methods. We will be closing the shop at Noon today and tomorrow Monday.

  1. Great information as always gentlemen…. I wonder with low water an less fish been taken it can only be a good thing from a spawning side of things…. For the future…. Tight lines 🎣

A dry morning in Foxford and it looks like there will not be enough rain to upset water levels for the remainder of the weekend.
