A dry windy morning in Foxford. A little bit too much wind for anyone thinking of a day on the Lough. We had a few showers yesterday but nothing worth while, still low water. On the river, today will be a day for spinning. Prawn will also work but with the strong wind it will be difficult to control. We will be closing the shop at Noon today.

  1. Lads, how much of an adverse affect will the consistant low water have on salmon numbers for next year.
Also, how much lower were number of salmon caught this year compared to previous years.

    Thanks, john.
