An overcast morning in Foxford, it looks like we will have a showery day. The river is in good condition, 0.6m at Ballylahan bridge and suitable for all methods. We had reasonable catch reports yesterday and again anglers in the Foxford area reported seeing a lot of fish running. For today, Spinning will be the best method in the early part and as the breeze freshens later in the day the bubble and fly will be worth a try. Downstream of Foxford the prawn should work. The. shop will be open all day today and up to noon on Sunday and Monday
