A dry morning with a nice breeze in Foxford, if it stays like this it will be a nice day for fishing. The river came up by about 10cm yesterday and is now at 0.35m at Ballylahan bridge. Not a big rise but it has put a hint of fresh water through the system. Seems to be a few additional Grilse splashing about in Foxford this morning. All methods should work today. We will be closing the shop for an hour at about lunch time for the funeral of a neighbor.
