A dark wet morning in Foxford and it looks like we have had a good amount of rain overnight. The river is high and coloured, 1.49m at Ballylahan bridge. It has started to drop but this could be temporary. Looks like another difficult day ahead. We did hear a few good reports yesterday mostly from anglers who know the river well and have a few spots that they know to fish in high levels, the Canal stretch in Ballina produced a few as well.  Worm will be the best method today.
