The river started to fall yesterday morning but following more rainfall it was rising again by late afternoon. This morning it is falling and at 1.2m at Ballylahan bridge. This water should move fish and fishing for the weekend will be good. It will most likely be the end of the spring run and the start of the Grilse run so a mixture of fish will be taken. Worm and spin will be the best methods today.
