The river is well up this morning 1.35m at Ballylahan bridge. The water is pretty coloured, suitable for worm fishing. Not sure how much rain fell over night but it may start to rise again later today. It will certainly hold a good level for the weekend. This flood should move some fish from the estuary and fishing over the next few days will be good (subject to  rainfall and water conditions)
