A nice dry start to the day in Foxford. Looking at the weather forecast this could change by afternoon, it looks like we will have some rain and wind. The river is getting very low again and angling activity over the weekend has been low also. Good reports of fish lying throughout the system. I’m not sure there are many fresh fish coming in at the moment. Rain and some fresh water will be a help, lets see what happens in the next 24 hours. For today bubble and fly will work and with the low water conditions its worth a try on any of the fisheries.

Update @ 19.00. We have had heavy rain for most of the afternoon. The river is very likely to be in flood by morning. This will be a dirty flood and the river may well be unfishable.

A dry morning in Foxford and it looks like there will not be enough rain to upset water levels for the remainder of the weekend.
