Friday 24/03/23 Trying to get back to it..

A windy morning in Foxford and the river is very high, 1.6m at Ballylahan bridge and rising. We have had a  lot of rain in the past while and it looks like it will continue, no fishing for a while.

On a personal note I want to say thank to to all of you who contacted me to sympathise over the death of my son “Mike”. While he has been sick for a long time, it was very sudden and a big shock in the end. Anyway, thank you all.

Mike in happier times. Thanks T.C for the picture

We closed the shop for a few days to get ourselves back on track, we will re open next Wednesday.
