Some cloud building over Foxford this morning and it looks like we will have some more rain today. It’s not really needed for angling but as we know “when it rains it pours”. Yesterday was a disappointing day on the river and we had several frustrated anglers at the shop throughout the day. In general it appears that anglers from Cloongee downstream are seeing good numbers of fish but there is no great take while upstream on the East mayo anglers waters there appears to be very few fish (showing at least). For today, Its still worth fishing and conditions are good for all methods. Lets see what happens with the rain later today.
