A fresh breezy morning in Foxford. Following yesterdays heavy rain the river is well up again. It is now at 1.3m at Ballylahan bridge. The good news is that it has already peaked and will be falling during the day. It will be a day for worm fishing and in the afternoon the spinner may be worth a try. For anyone with a choice of today or tomorrow I would say tomorrow will be a better day, better water conditions at least.
