A damp morning in Foxford, we did not get a big amount of rain overnight. The river is now at 0.65m at Ballylahan bridge. It will most likely creep up a little later on this evening but i’m not expecting a big rise. Following a quiet couple of weeks we are now starting to hear reports of more fish been caught and with a few more anglers on the banks as we head into the last weeks of the season we should see things improve. Best methods today will be spinning and prawn in the early part of the day and if we get some fresh water later the worm will work.
