The day started of sunny but now looks like it could become showery in Foxford. The river is in very nice condition for all methods, 0.45m at Ballylahan bridge. Over the weekend we saw some good fish taken including a couple over 13lbs. Good numbers of fish are running at the moment. A lot of these fish are heading for the Loughs. Trout anglers fishing Lough Conn reported seeing a lot of salmon splashing about. One trout angler had a salmon and lost another which took a dry spent Mayfly. All fisheries are worth a try today. We will be closing the shop at Noon today.
