A cloudier morning in Foxford. The river is now at 0.41m at Ballylahan bridge and dropping steadily in Foxford.  If a breeze develops it will be a good day for bubble and fly on East Mayo or Cloongee fisheries . Further down stream prawn and spin will be the best methods. Fish are still playing hard to get, lots splashing about but no great take. Whoever is on the river when they do switch on will have some exceptional sport.
