A little bit of high cloud over Foxford this morning, it looks like a nice day ahead. Weather wise it could be a tough fishing day, the forecast is for temp of 20 degrees, some sunshine and variable winds. It would be best to judge it as the day proceeds and fish while conditions are suitable and relax when the sun comes out. Water levels on the upper parts are slipping away again, it is now at 0.3m at Ballylahan bridge which is on the low side. From Foxford downstream there is still enough water and there are plenty of fish around.The prawn should work well today.
