A hazy start to what will most likely be a sunny day in Foxford. The river is low 0.21m at Ballylahan bridge,  despite this fresh fish are still running. Not many anglers on the river in the past few days but we are getting reasonable reports. Early morning and late evening are definitely the most productive times. Some rain forecast from Friday evening so hopefully that will liven things up for the weekend ahead. For today it will be Bubble and fly on the fisheries up stream and prawn further downstream, other low water tactics would be worth trying.
