Back to dark clouds and rain …. We have a yellow rainfall warning for later today which we could really do without. For today conditions are ok, 0.8m at Ballylahan bridge and suitable for all methods. Although there were not so many anglers on the river yesterday a few fish were taken and still some nice fresh fish among them. Spinning and bubble and fly will be the best methods today. If we get this heavy rainfall I will update tonight.

22.00 : We had heavy rain for most of the afternoon. The river will be well up by morning. I don’t think it will be in good order for fishing.
