A dry morning with a cool breeze in Foxford. The river is in nice condition, now at 0.62m at Ballylahan bridge it is suitable for all methods. No big numbers of anglers on the river yesterday but there was fish taken. There seems to be a run of decent sized springers at the minute. We had three in the shop all weighing around 11lbs, I heard of a few more of this size and there was a fish of about 13lb taken on Ballina Salmon anglers waters. It looks good for the weekend ahead.
