A dry morning in Foxford, there’s even a bit of blue sky. The river crept up a little yesterday evening, just 10cm. This probably came from a heavy shower in the hills. It is now falling again and is at 0.83m at Ballylahan bridge. This little rise in levels will not be great for anyone wishing to fly fish but for anyone spinning it will be ok. Heavy spinners fished deep seem to be working at the moment.
