Well i was hoping to put up something positive but i just spotted the wind is going to the East.. ah well it wont always be bad. I heard of two Salmon taken yesterday which given the conditions and the lack of anglers is quite good. Again the few anglers who were out all saw good numbers of Salmon showing so the fish are there at least. Reports from lough Conn are good with anglers having lively sport on wet fly, always an alternative. For anyone planning a trip id say follow the weather forecast carefully, there should be some good fishing when we get fresh water.
