Happy Fathers day. A damp windy morning. We had rain overnight but nothing major in the Foxford area. There is no change in water levels 0.26m at Ballylahan bridge. Hopefully there was more significant rainfall in the hills. This will not hit the river until later this evening or tonight. I am not expecting a big rise in levels but will update later. More rain forecast for tomorrow.

20.00 : The river did not rise much today and is now at 0.29m at Ballylahan bridge. The best catch we heard of from the river today was on F.S.A bakers fishery where one angler had 3 salmon in the early part of the day. More rain forecast for tomorrow but difficult to say how much, we will have to wait and see.
