Not so wet this morning in Foxford, still some cloud and a few showers knocking about. The river peaked at 2.3m at Ballylahan bridge. A good flood and something the system needed. The water is well coloured in Foxford and it will be later today or tomorrow before it fishes (subject to weather). There would be a possibility of a fish further upstream this morning but in reality it will be better once it falls another bit and settles more. We should have some decent fishing over the next while, again this is subject to conditions coming right. We will be closing at Noon today.
