A good fishing morning in Foxford, dry with some nice cloud cover and a fresh west breeze. Some anglers had fish yesterday but most struggled with the strong downstream wind, today should be different.  The river is in good condition, 0.35m at Ballylahan bridge. Starting to get low upstream on East Mayo and upper Cloongee where fly and bubble and fly will be the best methods. From the Joinings downstream there’s plenty of water and it is suitable for all methods. We will be closing the shop at Noon today and tomorrow Monday.
