Another beautiful morning in Foxford. It looks like we are going to have a day similar to yesterday. A little bright for angling but it will be pleasant to be out and about. The river is in very nice condition, 0.42m at Ballylahan bridge and suitable for all methods. The early part of yesterday was quiet and by afternoon we had only heard of three salmon taken. I didn’t get a report on how the National went on Lough Conn but can assume that it was difficult. Again today the later part of the day will most likely be the most productive. The shop will be open until midday today and tomorrow.
