River Moy at Foxford 12/06/21 7am. Looking good

A dry bright start to the day in Foxford. The river is at 0.34m at Ballylahan bridge. Reasonable reports from the fisheries around Foxford yesterday. Bubble and fly was the most productive method. We got promising reports of fish moving yesterday and for the first time this season an angler said he saw “loads of fish jumping” in the Cathedral pool in Ballina. We still have good water levels from Foxford downstream and most of these fish will make their way upstream quickly. With a few more anglers on the river I think we will see catch rates rising over the weekend.
