A mixed morning in Foxford, cloud with a few blue patches. Its not looking like we will have much rain. There is a nice breeze and its quite a nice morning for angling. We did have a bit of rain last night and the river is creeping up slowly. It will not come up much, a few centimeters at most. Reports from downstream are that there’s a good number of fish in the tidal stretches and we are seeing fresh fish moving through Foxford. The river should be suitable for all methods today but later in the day it may be better to try a worm or spinner, depending on clarity.
