The river is in very good order upstream of the lake river, holding a steady level at around 0.7m. The river from the lake river downstream is still a little high with a large volume of water coming from the lakes. The first fish of the season from the Cloongee fishery was reported yesterday and weighed at 12lbs. The weather is holding dry and conditions for the weekend look good.
