Fishing yesterday was as predicted very good. A lot of fish were taken throughout the river. While most of the fish were Grilse in the 3 to 6lb bracket there were some very good fish taken including a 15lb caught by Barry O’Shea on the east Mayo Anglers waters. The weather is a lot brighter today but that should not affect the fishing to much. The water has cleared out and is in order for fly fishing.
