A little bit of sun peeping through the clouds over Foxford this morning, I have a feeling it will soon disappear. The forecast is for showers this morning which may turn heavier later . It doesn’t sound like enough rain to have a major effect on water levels but it will help maintain them. The river is now at 0.77m at Ballylahan bridge which is an ideal level for all methods. Yesterday, it was coloured and that stain will still be there today so probably best to spin or worm fish.
