A misty morning in Foxford, no major rain overnight. The river is now at 0.6m at Ballylahan bridge and should be in good order for all methods. Over the past few days there has been a good number of fish taken throughout the system on both spin and worm. With the water levels holding well this should continue today and into the weekend. On the Moy we have become very accustomed to using Flying Cs, one visitor from the UK who preferred other baits had some great success upstream yesterday where he had 3 fish all over 10lbs on a 7cm Rapala. interestingly, he was fishing a stretch where other anglers using Flying Cs were catching nothing. Sometimes it pays to think outside the box.
