A blustery end to the 2026 Salmon season, still blowing a gale in Foxford. I was smiling yesterday, there were anglers coming into the shop and they looked like sailors who had been through a storm. That’s dedication though, fair play to them. The river will be in good order for all methods today but once again the wind will make things difficult. We are open from 8am to 12 noon today and after that we have a secret location 😁😂to visit for the last few casts. I want to thank you all for following this blog throughout the season and I hope that a some point it helped you to make the final decision on whether or not to visit the Moy or that you got some little assistance in catching a fish.
