A little bit of early morning fog in Foxford but it will soon burn off. A warm, dry and mostly sunny day ahead is what the man just said. Not ideal for Salmon angling. The river is in nice condition, 0.53m at Ballylahan bridge. It is still carrying a peaty stain which could be putting fish off the take. For anyone giving it a try today, prawn or even worm will be the best methods and late evening will be the best time. Overall it looks like we are in for a tough week on the Salmon front.
