A little bit of early morning haze around the hills but it looks like another warm and bright day ahead in Foxford. The river is at 0.45m at Ballylahan bridge. Up to yesterday it was still carrying peat stained water from last weekends flood. This will clear in the coming days which will help. Very quiet on the river yesterday with only a few anglers venturing out, not surprising. The next few days will be difficult, mainly due to the bright weather. Early morning and late evening will be the best times.
