A dry morning in Foxford and it looks like we are going to have a good week (weather wise). The river is now at 0.66m at Ballylahan bridge and is suitable for all method. Fishing over the weekend was not great. On Saturday the river was very coloured and even though it had cleared out well yesterday it was quiet. A few good days will actually be no harm now, it will give the water a chance to settle and clear. For today some of the fisheries downstream of Foxford using prawn will be the best. There’s a reasonable chance of a fish on the fly from East Mayo Anglers waters providing the sun does not break through. We will be closing at 12 today.
