A wet morning in Foxford and it looks like it has been that way for most of the night. The river is creeping up a little, now at 0.42m at Ballylahan bridge. It will probably continue to creep for the day but should remain fishable. While the fresh water is welcome and will help, Im not over confident will make a big difference. I think it will be another week or two before fish start to take properly again. For anyone fishing today spinning will be a good method.
