A cloudy start to the day with a light breeze in Foxford. The river is now at 0.69m at Ballylahan bridge and is in good condition. Yesterday was good and although the water was coloured the spinner worked well. There were a lot of fish moving and I would imagine that most of the fish that were in the estuary are now spread throughout the system. Best methods today will be fly fishing on the fisheries upstream of Foxford and further down stream worm and spin will work well.
